Fall General Meeting 2026 - November 3rd

The Bike Kitchen's Fall General Meeting will take place on November 3rd, room 36 in the basement of the Life Building.
Please, RSVP to help us with food and drink ordering - RSVP will give you access to the food!

Small note: you can attend whether you are a member or not!
 

What is the program for this AGM?

1. An overview of our Programs and Shop Operations
2. Voting on by-law changes! (As a member, you will receive the bylaws and details of the changes one week before the AGM.)
3. Board elections (only current UBC Students who are members of the Bike Kitchen have voting rights).
Nominations for the board will open on October 7th (Google form) and all members will receive information about that.
