Taking place at the Bike Kitchen, room 36 in the basement of the Life Building.

You can attend whether you are a member or not. If you would like to check or update your membership status, please email Zoe at admin@thebikekitchen.ca - you must be a member for 30 days minimum to vote.

The Fall General Meeting provides an overview of the programs and operations of the Bike Kitchen, as well as voting on by-law changes and board elections (note that only current UBC Students who are members of the Bike Kitchen have voting rights).

ALL Members will receive General Meeting materials 2 weeks in advance as per our bylaws.
Nominations for the board will open on October 21st and all members will receive information about that.
